CFLR H.O.P.E and Wellness Recovery Community

We will be making our very own tie dye shirts to match our peers for the community’s “Earth Day Project” on April 22nd.

Every Soduku has a unique solution that can be reached logically. Enter numbers into the blank spaces so that each row, column and 3x3 box contains the numbers 1 to 9 without repeats.

On this night we will be giving back to those who helped us clean up the city! Pizza and games! Join us for all the laughter and fun as we say ‘thank you’ for all that you do in our community!

Learn how to create art using patterns and designs to fill blank space. Using these repetitive patterns can be a soothing and meditative process that allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

In lieu  of Cinco de Mayo, we will be decorating sugar skull cookies! Express yourself through the art of vibrant colors and the intricacy of these sugar skulls.  

We are welcoming a guest speaker, Jessica Tanner, a peer mental health specialist from ICAN to teach us about Mental Health Awareness!

Join us in making a stars and stripes wreath four our homes. But, that won’t be the only way we are celebrating Memorial Day! We will also be writing notes of positivity to vets in and out of recovery! Be there to show your support!
