This graph displays the number of pounds of expired/or unused over-the-counter and/or prescription medications (including pet medication) that have been collected from MedReturn Units in Oneida County that were funded by an initiative called Converse for Change. This initiative was in collaboration and support from the Oneida County Executive, local law enforcement, Center For Family Life and Recovery, and Communities that Care. Community members should regularly monitor and check their medicine cabinets and properly and safely dispose of all medications that are no longer being used to keep out of reach and out of the hands of children or those that are struggling with substance use and/or abuse.
