The mission of CFLR’s EAP is to assist employers in attaining their fullest potential as employers by providing their employees with quality work/life services and programs that reduce personal barriers to performance. Furthermore, EAP will provide opportunities and resources to clients to assist in reducing barriers in personal and family life situations.
