Groups

Center for Family Life and Recovery offers a variety of groups through the Employee Assistance Program and Clinical Services Programs.
Groups can be especially helpful for those seeking alternatives to individual counseling or for those needing help for long-term stresses. Groups can be beneficial for those needing a safe place to talk and receive peer-to-peer support.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, and for the safety and health of all participants, groups are primarily presented in a virtual format. Many clients tell us that they enjoy the flexibility of online groups because it makes joining a group session from anywhere accessible!

Current groups:
Pandemic Fatigue Support Group, virtually presented on Zoom
Support for Frontliners, “Care for Caregivers” (DROP IN/NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

Please see Calendar for all upcoming dates.  Pre-registration is not required, participant seats available as drop in are on first come/first served basis.  Limited to first 15 participants.  Self-identification as a front line worker and residency in the CNY area are the only qualifications at this time.
